Our space is perfect for off-site meetings, training, workshops, conferences, brainstorm sessions, Launch Parties and etc.

Our onsite community manager is here to assist M-F from 9am to 5pm. If your event requires hours outside of our normal hours, please let us know.

  • Our brand new loft-style space with exposed brick and wood beams is nearly 7000 sqft.

  • 14” ceiling, a catering kitchen, beverage bar, rooftop access and seating up to 100 guests.

  • Sound system, Bluetooth speakers, projector, screens and microphones all available for use.

  • Kisi, our digital keyless access control system allow you to enter the space at any time.

  • If you need to rearrange furniture or bring in new furniture, let us know.

  • We are located 1 block to Roosevelt station and 2 blocks to Lake and Museum Campus.

  • Parking lots and garage are conveniently located near the space.

  • Guests are responsible for associated parking costs. We can provide a map of parking lots in the area.
